Associate broker Kevin Vitali embraces technology in his real estate business.

The former professional photographer is an avid social media user and blogger – this post on drones and real estate caught our eye – and has been with EXIT Group One Realty in Tewksbury, Massachusetts since 2002. He also continues to use his photography skills to promote his listings. Aside from social media, blogging and using drone footage, Vitali also said he was an early adopter of another real estate evolution – the third-party showing service.

“Agents used to complain but now it has become the norm,” said Vitali, who has been a ShowingTime Appointment Center customer since ShowingTime acquired MAPASS in 2014.

Called ShowingTime for the MLS, it allows agents to schedule showings online 24/7, directly through the MLS website. Depending on whether your MLS subscribes to the basic or enhanced version, members may also receive a number of other optional features, including an enhanced notification package and access to additional activity reports.

“I never have had a complaint,” Vitali said. “They do their job [and] they do it well.”
