· PC: Pentium or higher
· Memory (RAM): 256MB minimum, 512MB recommended
· Hard Disk: 50MB free for installation and usage on computer that runs the client software
· Web browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
Agents and other remote users typically won't install software to run SDWE but instead access it through a web browser. They are exempt from all computer requirements except for the Web browser.
