Showing requests dropped off compared to last month as normally seen in September, but were up about 30% compared to September of last year.

  

TREND MLS and the Colorado Real Estate Network (CREN) have both selected ShowingTime's ShowingAssist product to provide members with easy-to-use showing management tools available directly through the MLS.

  

ShowingTime ran a series of focus group meetings in early October to get user input on ShowingAssist, its MLS product that enables agents to schedule showings on each other's listings while logged into their MLS.
