WEB EDITION USE RESULTS IN MORE ACCURATE SHOWING INFORMATION
Based on the results of a recent survey of ShowingDesk Web Edition users, the web-enabled tool saves time and brings structure to what can sometimes be a chaotic process: scheduling showing appointments.
"ShowingDesk Web Edition has allowed us to input our showings into a central system that can monitor all showing activity," said John Abdulla of Bowes Pennell & Thompson GMAC in Arlington, Mass. "This system has resulted in more accurate showing information, better accountability for scheduling showings, and the ability to utilize various reports."
Abdulla said his office considered outsourcing the scheduling process to a call center, but chose instead to use SDWE’s web-enabled technology to take care of showings in-house. His front desk, office manager and agents all use the Web Edition.
Abdulla said he noticed results within the first 30 days of using SDWE. His office was frustrated with manual processes, was disorganized at the front desk and wanted to serve clients better. "ShowingDesk clearly offers our company a valuable tool," he added.
