TIPS ON MANAGING ARCHIVED LISTINGS
Listings can be automatically or manually archived in ShowingDesk Web Edition. This means that when a listing is no longer active or on the market, ShowingDesk can be set up to hide it from your screen to make setting appointments and other items faster.
If the listing comes back on the market, it will not be automatically reactivated; you can reactivate it by following the steps below.
Step 1
From the Main Menu, click on "Change a Listing" and choose "Reactivate an Archived Listing" (you can also view Archived Listings on the Web by logging into we.showingdesk.com and clicking on the Listings tab. Change the drop down list box to Archived Listings instead of Current Inventory).
Step 2
You will see a list of all the archived listings; click on the Edit link to view a particular listing and see all the information associated with the listing. Prior to reactivating you can review why it was archived by looking at the bottom of the listing page.
Step 3
Click on the "Reactivate" button at the top of the page to remove the listing from the Archive and place it back in your current showable listing inventory.
