Prospect information is e-mailed immediately to the agent, with text messages also being sent if desired.

The Call Coordinator module helps offices more effectively manage ad calls, sign calls and other prospect inquiries by enabling staff members to record the prospect’s contact information and assign them to agents for follow-up. With the automatic e-mail and text message feature, your agents will receive the following information immediately in the e-mail:
Name of the prospect
Phone number
E-mail address
Call history (has this prospect called in before?)
Why they called (source of the inquiry)
The text message is slightly briefer – it doesn’t include the source of the inquiry, for example. But it has definite advantages for agents in the field: when they receive the text message, they can call the prospect back automatically without having to dial the number, or if they’re comfortable, they can send a text message back … which might impress some prospects even more with the tech skills of your agents.
Unassigned prospects
The Web Edition’s Call Coordinator module also gives you the ability to organize unassigned prospects into a separate place within the task list. At the end of every day, or first thing in the morning when unfinished tasks are reviewed, unassigned prospects won’t slip through the cracks. On top of that, any prospects assigned will automatically appear in that agent’s ‘Agent Activity Report’.
Management can also refer to the ‘Master Prospect List’, which lists ALL prospects, the date of first and last contact, which agent is following up and more.
