SHOWINGDESK WEB EDITION PRICING – HOW DOES IT WORK?

Hundreds and hundreds of new offices, along with hundreds of existing offices using the classic software version of ShowingDesk, have moved to ShowingDesk Web Edition (SDWE) since its introduction. Should you make the move?

Pricing

SDWE is priced based on the number of agents in an office and is billed monthly, like many other web-enabled services available in the real estate industry. Typically, an office with five or fewer agents can use Web Edition for $50 per month, or $10 per agent per month. The price includes a link to the MLS, online showing feedback with automatic e-mails, online reports, online training, technical support, a hosted database and hosted e-mail.

An office with 30 agents would pay a little less per agent per month; with 70 agents, even less, etc. The sliding scale allows small offices to afford a proven system, and allows large offices to gain economies of scale and the benefit of lower costs per agent.

In addition, multi-office companies have the option to network their offices together in an ‘enterprise’ fashion. That means Office A could stay open late during the week and handle calls for itself and for offices B, C, D and E, or act as a call center on weekends and handle calls for each office.

With Web Edition, ShowingTime ‘hosts’ the data (we keep it secure in a data center) so you don’t have to worry about buying servers, backing up your data, or hiring a tech person to manage your network. All you do is login via the Internet and take care of business. In short, you’ll have everything at the click of a mouse, accessible from anywhere when you’re online.
