Scott Woodard, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is an active leader in the Chicago technology community. His previous company, ZyLab Corporation, developed the first PC search engine, which was then sold to a publicly held company. Scott has expertise in voicemail technology, having developed one of the first automated voice delivery and notification systems. He is a founding board member of the Information Technology Association of Illinois (
www.illinoistech.org) mentor to several emerging technology companies. Scott is actively involved in real estate and serves on the board of directors with Woodard Development Corporation, a real estate development firm. Scott has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Michael Lane, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, leads enterprise sales at ShowingTime and manages all marketing and sales activities. A founding team member at ShowingTime, he works directly with more than 40 leading real estate companies and speaks regularly at real estate industry events such as the REAL Trends Gathering of Eagles, the Leading RE Annual Conference, Inman Real Estate Connect as well as numerous other private engagements. Previously he served as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney and as a naval officer aboard nuclear submarines. Michael holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, a Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern University and is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
Bill Kellogg, Chief Technology Officer, heads up ShowingTime's product design quality assurance information technology, and engineering groups. He is also an investor in ShowingTime and was previously the co-founder of BindView Development (NASDAQ:BVEW), a network management software company in Houston, Texas. With 20 years of experience in early stage technology companies, he has extensive experience with software design, the development process, and dealing with large, multi-million-dollar accounts. Bill has a B.B.A. in Engineering Management from the University of Texas and certifications in Solaris, Linux, Microsoft (MCSE/MCT) and Cisco.
